The World Bank has suggested conducting Road Users Satisfaction survey on Government roads through consultant to ascertain feed back of road users and incorporating any improvement policy measures even in planning process stage. It is proposed to appoint consultant under fixed budget of Rs.24.00 lakhs. Consultant services has been signed with M/s Taylor Nelson Sofres Mode Pvt Ltd India on 30.07.2004. The Consultant has submitted the Inception report on 25.08.2004.
