BULLET Invitation for Bids (IFB)

  

The invitation to prospective Bidders is made through wide publicity by publication in United Nations Development Business (UNDB)and all leading National daily Newspapers. The prequalification document is available on cost basis to the applicants; they get 35-40 days to respond.

BULLET     Clarification Meeting:

  

The clarification meeting is held in the mid point of commencement of issue of prequalification documents and submission of completed prequalifications. The minutes of this meeting together with amendment to the provisions of prequalification documents, if applicable, will be issued to the bidders,  giving 3 weeks time to submit the proposals.
